Terms and Conditions

Agreement to Terms

By using the services of Altote LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before booking our house cleaning services.

Services

Altote LLC provides professional house cleaning services in Miami Beach, Florida and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Standard house cleaning
  • Deep cleaning
  • Apartment cleaning
  • Move-in/move-out cleaning
  • Recurring cleaning services
  • Maid services

The specific scope of work will be determined and agreed upon at the time of booking.

Booking and Scheduling

Appointments

All cleaning appointments must be scheduled in advance by phone or through our contact methods. We will confirm your appointment time and date.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Access to Property

You are responsible for providing access to your property at the scheduled time. If our team cannot gain access, you may be charged a trip fee.

Pricing and Payment

Rates

Pricing is based on factors including home size, type of cleaning, and frequency of service. We will provide a quote before beginning work.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply if the condition of your home requires significantly more time or resources than initially estimated. We will notify you of any additional charges before proceeding.

Your Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your home and cleaning needs
  • Inform us of any hazards, fragile items, or special concerns
  • Secure or identify valuable items before our arrival
  • Ensure pets are secured in a safe area during cleaning
  • Provide necessary utilities (water, electricity) for cleaning
  • Remove excessive clutter to allow for effective cleaning

Our Responsibilities

Altote LLC agrees to:

  • Provide professional and reliable cleaning services
  • Arrive at the scheduled time or notify you of any delays
  • Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment
  • Respect your home, property, and privacy
  • Maintain insurance coverage for our services

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of the completed service. We will return to address any issues at no additional charge.

Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your property, Altote LLC is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage or wear to surfaces, fixtures, or items
  • Damage to items that are fragile or not properly secured
  • Loss or damage to items not disclosed to us prior to cleaning
  • Stains, odors, or damage that cannot be removed with standard cleaning methods
  • Issues caused by defective fixtures, appliances, or surfaces

Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided. We maintain insurance coverage and will work with you to resolve any legitimate claims.

Insurance and Bonding

Altote LLC is fully insured and bonded. In the unlikely event of damage or loss, we will work with you and our insurance provider to resolve the matter fairly.

Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Any information you provide will be kept confidential and used only for the purpose of providing our services. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.

Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes when possible.

Termination

Either party may terminate recurring service agreements with proper notice. Any outstanding payments must be settled upon termination.

Disputes

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If necessary, disputes will be handled according to the laws of the State of Florida.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Altote LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal action must be brought in the appropriate courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Altote LLC regarding our services.

Changes to Terms
